Speaking engagements, media training, LinkedIn strategy, and PR playbook. Building the personal and business brand in parallel.
Sales & client acquisition
Weeks 7–9
Building a sales pipeline that doesn't depend on you alone. Pricing strategy. Customer success and retention systems.
Demo Day
Weeks 10–12
Pitch coaching, mock pitches, investor & partnership prep, and live Demo Day pitch in front of BEBC's investor, corporate, and partnership network.

The Black Business Incubator Program (Transform) is a 4.5–5-month intensive cohort that combines business coaching, mentorship, BOF loan preparation, and direct access to capital. It is the capstone of the BEST Method — designed to move certified, financially literate Black businesses into funded growth.
The Black Opportunity Fund (BOF) is Canada's largest Black-led fund dedicated to supporting Black-owned businesses. BEBC is a delivery partner for BOF, helping Black entrepreneurs access loans ranging from $10K to $250K for business growth.
Through BEBC lending partners and BOF, loan amounts range from $10,000 to $250,000 depending on your business stage, revenue, and use of funds. The incubator prepares you to make the strongest possible case for the amount you need.
Your business should have at least one year of operating revenue, a defined use for the capital, and ideally completed BEST Steps 1–3 or equivalent. BEBC does not require perfect credit — we work with you to strengthen your application during the program.
Transform graduates who complete the program and meet the milestone criteria receive a $1,000 BOF milestone grant — the final milestone in the BEST Method. Complete all four steps and unlock $4,000 in total milestone funding.
BEBC provides post-funding monitoring for all Transform graduates who receive capital. You remain connected to the BEBC alumni network, Council corporate members, and have access to future BEBC programming.
