Two pathways for Black youth
Black Youth Business Accelerator
A 12-week accelerator program equipping Black youth with entrepreneurship skills, business planning, mentorship, and access to capital. Four pillars: foundation, planning, launch, and scale.
Financial Literacy Youth Training
Age-appropriate financial literacy curriculum covering money mindset, saving, budgeting, and the fundamentals of building wealth. Available for youth and young entrepreneurs across Canada.
PATHWAY 1
Black Youth Business Accelerator
A structured 12-week program designed to equip Black youth entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, and network to launch and grow real businesses. From business concept to pitch-ready plan.
Business Foundation
Entrepreneurship mindset, idea validation, market research, and identifying your customer.
Business Planning
Business model canvas, financial projections, legal structure, and building a one-page business plan.
Launch & Marketing
Brand identity, digital marketing, social media strategy, and getting your first customers.
Scale & Pitch
Growth strategy, investor readiness, pitch deck development, and demo day presentation.
PATHWAY 2
Financial Literacy Youth Training
Age-appropriate financial education that builds the money mindset, habits, and knowledge Black youth need to thrive. Available for youth ages 4–25, with curriculum tailored to each age group.
Early Learning
Money mindset, saving habits, and the basics of earning and spending through age-appropriate activities.
Teen Foundations
Budgeting, banking, credit basics, and introduction to entrepreneurship and earning income.
Young Adult Track
Investing basics, business finance, CRA basics, and building long-term financial resilience.
