14-week BEST Method Step 2 program. Online + in-person cohorts.

Assessment + panel review. ~80% pass rate. Certificate issued.

3+ direct buyer introductions. Access to bid library. Council profile.

Eligibility note: Step 4 (Transform) BEST graduates receive priority consideration. Must be 51%+ Black-owned, registered in Canada, 12+ months operating, and revenue-generating.

The application is free. The BEST Method course may have a subsidized fee depending on funding availability.

How long does it take?+

Approximately 4–5 months from application to certification.

You can reapply for the next cohort. We provide feedback to help you succeed.

Do I need to be revenue-generating?+

Yes. Certification is for businesses with existing revenue and operations.
